Limo DriverEnsuring that guest satisfaction exceeds expectations through providing a dynamic atmosphere and experience to all that a Limo Driver has contact withJob Focus: Focus is on, but not limited to the following:Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associate that differentiates us from the competitionContact appropriate supervisor with guest related complaints or issuesFull knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and proceduresAssist associate within the Transportation Department as needed and other departmentsPromote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient servicePerform related duties as requestedPick up and drop off assigned guests designated by limo dispatcherComplete assigned tasks given by limo dispatcher or managerLoad and unload vehicle as needKeep vehicle well maintainedSet up return transportation for guestFull knowledge of resort amenitiesDesired Qualifications:Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsExcellent communication skillsMust have a valid NV driver's licenseWorking knowledge in all aspects of Front Services DepartmentAbility to read, write and communicate verbally in EnglishAbility to perform basic mathBasic knowledge of the cityAbility to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed mannerBasic computer skillsKnowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Transportation Department including Guest Safety and OSHAAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationAbility to work flexible hoursA valid NV Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this positionMust be 21 years of age or older
