This role is key in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical support, both on-site and remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issuesSupport customers and dealers remotely, ensuring efficient problem resolutionCoordinate with internal teams (spare parts, logistics, shipping) to ensure availability of required materialsMonitor and manage service activities through internal systems and toolsPrepare technical reports and documentation related to service activitiesEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the service processRequirementsStrong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineeringExperience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in industrial machineryKnowledge of hydraulic and electrical systemsFamiliarity with service tools such as RMS, ERP systems, or similar platformsUnderstanding of safety regulations and industry standardsAbility to work both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindsetWhat We’re Looking ForHands-on, proactive approachStrong communication skills when dealing with customers and partnersAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel when required
