Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ success by providing Occupational Therapy services across two school sites in the Burlington, IL area. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work collaboratively within educational settings, guiding students in both general education and special education classrooms from elementary through middle grades. Flexible scheduling is available, as part-time applicants will also be considered.Key Qualifications:Current, active Illinois license to practice as an Occupational TherapistPrior experience in school-based OT or pediatrics is highly valuedComfort working with sensory integration needs or delivering therapy in educational environmentsAbility to document therapy goals and monitor progress effectivelyCore Responsibilities:Deliver Occupational Therapy services onsite following the school schedule (37.5 hours weekly, with part-time considered)Support a diverse caseload of students at two campuses (one location per day, no travel during the school day)Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to address students’ functional challenges and enhance participation in learningServe both general education and resource classrooms, with some involvement in self-contained special education settingsContribute to student progress through individualized interventions and ongoing assessmentParticipate in team meetings and maintain up-to-date, accurate recordsEnjoy the benefits of W-2 employment, including weekly pay every Friday, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with 401k matching.
