This role is not your typical HR Manager role. We are looking for a business partner to support the CFO and President. Check out our YouTube video: https://youtu.be/VEkFZqzZ_m4What you will do:• Manage all HR functions.• Create and implement updated processes and procedures.• Oversee ADP biweekly payroll.• Develop, expand, and maintain HRIS data integrity.• Administer all benefit programs.• Ensure a positive people first culture.• Ensure HR strategies and policies remain updated.• Manage compensation and employee relations items.What you will have:• B.S. in HR or related• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP is a plus• Progressive, well-rounded HR experience• The knowledge and confidence to provide ideas and create the department• Prior payroll experiencePlease respond to this posting with your resumeWe love recruiting!
