Then you’re the kind of person we’d love to hire!\n\nRound One Entertainment is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for our:\nAmusement (Arcade) Department.\nBowling and Events Department.\nFood & Beverage Department (21+ to work on Bar preferred).\n\nMust have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.\nOpen availability or flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and/or closing shfits is preferred.\n\nEssential Duties Overview:\nDuring assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.\nMaintain inventory levels in amusement games.\nMaintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers’ eyes.\nRespond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers’ requests.\nAnswers phone calls for all general inquiries.\nPerforms special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.\n\nAmusement:\nOperate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.\nMaintain arcade and redemption inventory.\nKeep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.\nPerform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.\n\nBowling and Events:\nAssign lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions.\nClean and reset bowling and activity areas.\nProvide excellent customer service and attention for parties and events.\nAssist with basic maintenance and customer instruction.\nProcess sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events.\n\nFood and Beverage (21+ to work on Bar):\nPrepare and serve food and drinks.\nOperate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas.\nOpen and close food service area and manage inventory.\nSupport other departments when needed.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED.\n(Preferred) One to two years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment.\n\nWork Environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually loud.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.\nThe employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.\nLifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.\n\nBenefits:\n1 hour of time play (non-prize) arcade games per week.\n90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).\n1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.\n50% discount on food items per working shift.\n1 free beverage per working shift.\n\nThe above job description identifies the essential job functions and skills needed by the person or persons assigned to this position.
