Experience leading site expansion or capacity growth projects in a highly regulated industry (pharma, medical device, cosmetics, food/beverage, or chemical). Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and capital governance. Experience with commissioning, qualification, startup, and operational handoff.
