With our dedicated team of experienced technical professionals, Cintal aims to add value for its customers by leveraging advanced technologies to reduce product costs, shorten design and development lead times, and accelerate the introduction of high-quality products to the market.BENEFITS:10 paid holidays per year2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start dateAccess to the company's medical insurance, including dental and visionEligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annuallyReimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basisYearly bonus based on company performanceVisa sponsorshipJOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:The role is responsible for creation, modification, update of Manufacturing process, plans and other aspects needed for the most efficient and effective manufacture of product.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop processes and procedures related to ASSEMBLY engineeringWork to create, update assembly process plans, routings that are used to assemble the product/s produced in the specific factory.Experience with engineering change management process with ability to understand engineering change notices and to make changes as needed to the process plans, visual aids, torque value updates and torque tool changes as needed.Execution experience with Time studies, line balancingWork with global teams and perform role as onsite liaisonCreation of formal Technical Reports as required.Ensure that all ISO and safety policies are known and always followed.Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in EngineeringMinimum 5-7 years of Manufacturing experienceREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:Strong team player with good organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasksVery good written, spoken communication in English languageAbility to work in a factory environment and flexibility to support as needed.Previous full time work experience as MANUFACTURING ENGINEER in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment/ Automotive industry.Ability to read and interpret prints and communicate details to suppliers upholding confidentiality and professionalismExperience having worked in a factory environment with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, logistics, design is a plus.Sound manufacturing engineering knowledge to understand and execute- Time Study, Time Standards, Visual Aids, Process Plans, Routings, Engineering changes, Engineering drawings and prints, Torque tool selection, Layout creation, Safety, Ergonomics.Software Tools - Microsoft Office Software Suite, Teamcenter Manufacturing, SAP is added bonus.We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
