Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher at FTC Beacon Light Childcare Center, located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, developing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing students’ developmental progress, collaborating with staff and families, and promoting a safe and engaging classroom experience for young learners. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentStrong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching methodologyExcellent Communication skills to build rapport with children, families, and staffPatience, creativity, and a passion for working with young childrenRelevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldFamiliarity with child development principles and classroom management techniques
