accuracy, and reliabilityEstablish and document metric definitions, data dictionary standards, and data governance best practices across the organizationWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering within a high-growth technology environmentAdvanced SQL proficiency with extensive experience writing complex queries, window functions, and performance tuningDemonstrated expertise with modern BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or ModeHands-on experience with Python or R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation tasksSolid understanding of data modeling concepts, dimensional modeling, and modern data warehouse architecturesBachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative fieldBonus: Experience with dbt (data build tool), orchestration tools like Airflow, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake","company":"Evlo
