With over 25 years of experience, we can truly deliver.Job Title: C++ / ERP DeveloperLocation: Hybrid – Eden Prairie, MNEmployment Type: Contract-to-Hire (potential direct hire)Compensation: Targeting approximately $120K–$160K depending on experiencePosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on C++ / ERP Developer to join a stable and collaborative manufacturing environment supporting enterprise business systems and backend integrations. This role will focus on development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of large-scale operational systems tied to manufacturing and ERP processes.The ideal candidate will have strong C++ development experience, solid database skills with DB2 or similar technologies, and experience working within enterprise or legacy application environments. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) experience is highly preferred, though candidates with related ERP/manufacturing systems backgrounds may also be considered.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, maintain, and support backend enterprise applications and integrations• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance activities within manufacturing and ERP systems• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operational teams to deliver technical solutions• Develop and optimize database queries and integrations with a focus on DB2 environments• Assist with system integrations supporting manufacturing and shop floor operations• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within large enterprise codebases• Support application stability, system performance, and production support activitiesRequired Qualifications• Strong C++ development experience• Strong database experience with DB2 or similar relational databases• Experience working within large enterprise or legacy application environments• Experience supporting backend systems, integrations, or ERP-related applications• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) experience• Experience with AS400 / iSeries environments• Manufacturing, distribution, or shop floor systems experience• ERP development or integration experience• SQL development and optimization experienceAdditional Information• Hybrid schedule currently 3 days onsite in Eden Prairie, MN (may increase to 4 days onsite in future)• Collaborative and easygoing team environment• Long-term growth potential within a stable organization• Candidates should be hands-on technically and interested in long-term career growth
