We are quickly growing and expanding operations to service our customer base.\n\nWe are looking for motivated and reliable employees to fill the position of Paper Cup Machine Operator. All candidates should have a strong desire to learn and be prepared to work in a team-orientated and goal-driven environment. Previous Machine Operator experience is not required but preferred! Applicants must be prepared for a fast-paced environment where machine uptime is extremely important.\n\nThis shift is Friday-Saturday-Sunday from 4:00 am - 4:00 pm.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOperates the Paper Cup machines in a safe and efficient manner.\nLoads and unloads the appropriate paper for each job.\nMaintains, operates, and monitors the Paper Cup machines in accordance with best GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)\nPerforms basic troubleshooting on assigned machines as necessary\nPerforms daily safety and compliance checks on machines – promptly reports all issues to Maintenance Tech and/or department manager.\nOperate support equipment.\nOperate lift trucks/clamp tractors.\nMaintain production records.\nSupport Maintenance Tech\nAssist in other areas or perform other duties, as assigned.\n\nEducation/ Experience:\nMust have a High School Diploma or GED\nLegally permitted to work in the U.S.\nMust be able to read, write, and comprehend basic English.\n\nSkills/Abilities:\nPush and pull up to 150 Ibs\nLift and carry up to 50 Ibs\nConstantly bend, reach, climb, and stand through the shift.\nFollow all codes of conduct, safety parameters, productivity, and quality standards, while adhering to attendance policies.\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental insurance, and a 401k with a company match.
