If you are detailed and organized, know your way around a scope of work, and thrive behind the scenes keeping everything on track, we want to meet you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork Order Building\nBuild accurate and complete work orders from insurance paperwork and signed contracts\nReview scopes and job specs while spotting potential issues on paperwork\nEnsure all trades, line items, and supplemental tasks are accounted for before scheduling\nBuilding Code Compliance / Carrier Coverage\nReview each work order for applicable local building code requirements\nApply required code upgrades or notations to ensure legal and quality compliance\nEnsure that carriers provide coverage for contracted items.\nMaterial Coordination\nGenerate material orders that align with job scopes and timelines\nVerify measurements, confirm product selections, and coordinate with suppliers, sales team, and project managers before delivery\nFlag and resolve product availability or substitution issues proactively while keeping everyone informed\nWhat You Bring to the Table: Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration will be considered a great asset. Laser-sharp attention to detail and organization skills. Comfortable reading scopes and collaborating across departments. Familiarity with Xactimate, Acculynx, or material ordering platforms?
