We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join our team and contribute significantly to our growth in 2025 and beyond.As the Corporate Account Manager for the Greater China markets, you will manage strategic accounts, focusing on revenue attainment through value-driven selling in our Region of China Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Key responsibilities include managing a renewable account base, identifying cross-sell opportunities, understanding customer decision-making processes, forecasting accurately, negotiating contracts, and closing business in a timely manner - all with a thorough knowledge of our SaaS solutions.The ideal candidate is ambitious, results-oriented, and resourceful. In this role, you will define and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your book of business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning and developing a defined set of accounts, fostering exceptional relationships to maintain current figures and hit annual uplift targetsProactively hunting for new and cross-sell business opportunities, targeting areas of the accounts that do not currently engage with our products and servicesManaging and developing understanding of assigned client base to discuss and position opportunities to generate salesMaintaining strong relationships with existing customers and key channel partners, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingHosting and participating in joint events with partners to drive market engagement, and organizing regular meetings to align on goals and performanceUsing Salesforce, effectively managing and forecasting sales per quarterDefining and delivering a strategic sales plan across your accounts, managing a robust pipeline and preparing accurate sales forecasts, new growth ideas and contingency plansPartnering with internal teams throughout the client lifecycle, from scoping custom projects to managing client deliverablesProviding feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market trends in the Region, identifying opportunities for product improvements or new offeringsQualificationsEssentialAt least 5 years' experience of relevant sales experience practiced in value-based sellingPositive Impact and Influence – able to manage internal and external relationships and adapt the approach as neededTeamwork and Collaboration – can work across different levels of seniority, different cultures and languages and as part of a teamAmbitious, highly motivated and competitive individual who is results drivenSomeone who is coachable and constantly looking to improveAn individual who is hardworking, accountable, and resilientA proven track record, selling SaaS, business intelligence, insights, market data or editorial products and servicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, constantly overcoming obstaclesExcellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English.
