Itsinnovative bespoke solutions – such as retrofitting heating elements to preventoutdoor beverage dispensers from failing in low temperatures and custom-madecirculation heaters to heat fuel in large ship engines.\n\nJoin us as we continue to provide solutions to ourcustomers and the world!\n\nThe Role: As the 3rd Shift CNC Supervisor, you will join our Durex Industries and support…\nYour Responsibilities: Assure that materials move seamlessly between manufacturing departments.\nCreate daily work progress reports, transaction reports, Cycle Count reports and open MO reports.\nMaintain controlled WIP.\nReconcile Shop Floor Manager (SFM) and ERP transaction, quantities and locations\nIdentify floor stock items and create replenishment process milk runs,\nBe the shop floor liaison to support purchasing with material reviews and replenishment quantities.\nFind areas for material improvement using methods such as safety stock and Kanban.\nMaking sure production staff has visibility to all components associated with the MO in process by assuring the production schedule is updated.\nPerforms various projects and analysis as required on an ad hoc basis.\nRequirements: HS or GED required, or equivalent on the job experience.
