Intern, Marketing
Purpose -The Marketing Intern will support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across LPX Group and its family of companies. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, including content development, project coordination, and brand execution, with exposure to both field operations and corporate strategy.The Marketing Intern will assist in maintaining consistent brand standards across all entities while supporting initiatives that strengthen visibility, support business development efforts, and enhance internal and external communication.Duties and Responsibilities -Assist in the development and execution of social media content across LPX Group companies, including drafting copy, capturing field and project visuals, and supporting day-to-day platform managementSupport coordination of photo shoots, video shoots, and print materials across multiple business units, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site assistance as neededProvide support in creative project management, including tracking timelines, organizing assets, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on scheduleContribute to social media strategy by monitoring performance, identifying trends, and assisting in content planning and optimization across platforms and brandsMaintain organized libraries of photos, videos, and marketing materials to support ongoing and future initiatives across the organizationAssist in the development of marketing materials that support recruiting, project pursuits, and company-wide initiativesCollaborate with teams across divisions to capture project updates, employee stories, and field-driven contentSkills and Abilities -Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks across multiple brands and prioritiesInterest in construction, infrastructure, or field-driven industries is preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms and creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative CloudAn Equal Opportunity EmployerAt LPX Group and our family of brands (Louisville Paving and Construction, Pace Contracting, Material Transfer, Bluegrass Testing, and Bluegrass Blasting), we take pride in being an Equal Opportunity Employer and, as such, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
