Based in Lexington, Kentucky, we operate across multiple states and are growing quickly. We move fast, take our clients' situations seriously, and hold ourselves to a high standard of preparation and follow-through.The RoleWe are looking for a Paralegal with at least one year of experience to support attorneys in our Lexington, Kentucky office across a high-volume active caseload. You will keep cases moving, clients informed, and deadlines tracked while also drafting demand letters, complaints, and other legal documents under attorney supervision. You will interact regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters on behalf of the firm. This role requires someone who is highly organized, a strong writer, and comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces simultaneously.What We ValueOur core values aren’t just words on a wall.
