Case management begins from the initial stages of filing responsive pleadings through discovery and ultimately trial. Your case management responsibility includes developing and implementing strategies for all stages of litigation while collaborating with our claims partners and clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing necessary legal documentation, conducting depositions, investigating/researching, and evaluating cases for settlement, arbitration, and trial.  QualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills to represent client interests in litigation.Able to work independently with minimum direction and good organizational skills needed to manage a reasonable caseload.Requires admission to the Oregon & Washington State Bars.Minimum of 3-5 years litigation experience.Job Type: Full-time
