Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Counsels, coaches, and trains drivers and dispatchers. Tracks trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.\r\nEnsures that drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and that they meet all job-related specifications.\r\nPrepares and assist with operational reports, schedules and data analysis. Maintains accurate daily records of operations.\r\nDispatches, schedules and helps with customer service as needed. Reconciles previous day deposits.\r\nResponds to customer comments.\r\nOther responsibilities may include road checks, routing, training, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required.\r\nMay assist in driver hiring in accordance with company standards.\r\nReports directly to Operations Manager.\r\nQualifications:High school diploma, GED or equivalent\r\n1-3 years of transit or related experience.\r\n2-3 years driving experience preferred.\r\nSupervisory experience strongly desired.\r\nProblem solving and analytical abilities.\r\nAbility to verbally communicate with passengers, Drivers, Dispatchers and Road Supervisors including use of a 2-way radio and PA system effectively.\r\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.\r\nExcellent customer service skills.\r\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\r\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.\r\nPhysical Requirements:The essential functions of this position require the ability to:\r\nWork outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.\r\nSit for extended periods (up to 68 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces\r\nPush and pull objects up to 40 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level\r\nWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.\r\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
