Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary FLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: Mon-Fri 2:00am-10:30amJob Summary:ResponsibilitiesUse an RF scanner to pick customer orders or a computer system to pack and prepare orders for shipmentWork with product stored in ambient, refrigerated (cooler), or freezer areasRotate between warehouse departments based on business needsOperate warehouse equipment as needed and complete daily equipment inspectionsVerify products for correct codes, lot numbers, and quantitiesIdentify and report any damaged or incorrect productsFollow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with general housekeeping tasks in assigned areasMaintain reliable attendance and punctualityPerform other related warehouse duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GED, orAt least 2 years of warehouse or similar industry experience Preferred Basic computer and math skillsPrevious distribution or warehouse experienceExperience working in a cold storage or cold chain environmentWork EnvironmentThis role takes place in a warehouse setting and requires:Standing and walking for extended periods of timeLifting up to 50 poundsWorking in multiple temperature zones, including:Ambient warehouseCooler (approximately 40°F)Freezer (approximately -20°F)Use of PPE, including safety vest, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and other equipment as requiredSteel-toe shoes are required.This position may also require overtime, sometimes with short notice, depending on business needs.Benefits:Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
