Senior Manager, Warehouse Technology & Engineering

A fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions company is seeking an experienced engineering project leader to drive cross-functional operational and systems initiatives across warehouse and distribution environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation and stabilization • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder coordination • Drive warehouse layout design, material flow optimization, and operational improvements • Lead small-to-mid-sized CapEx initiatives and facility redesign efforts • Develop analytical models and optimization tools for labor planning and operational efficiency • Serve as product owner for engineering systems and software implementations • Oversee implementation readiness, training, UAT, and change management activities • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Mentor junior engineering team members and support organizational growth Success Metrics: • EBITDA and margin improvement • CapEx ROI achievement • On-time, on-budget project execution • Safety and quality improvements • Client and stakeholder satisfaction Qualifications: • Engineering, supply chain, logistics, or operations experience • Strong project management and analytical skills • Experience in warehouse/distribution operations preferred • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
