Position Summary:The assembly machine operator is responsible for operating a variety of assembly machines and inspecting product to guarantee product quality requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• Maintain a safe and healthy work practice by observing safely procedures and practices. • Operate equipment following the work instructions. • Strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures • Inspect product and record results as required in the Quality Specifications. • Some Lifting Required - up to 55 lbs. • Climbing steps may be required • Other tasks are assigned as necessary to ensure production requirements are met • Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy working condition to supervision/leadership. Wage:$18.75-$23.73 (depending on experience). Shift premium: $2 per hour. This role is required to be on-site 5+ days at the Hamilton, Indiana location. QualificationsQualifications and Skills:• High School Diploma or equivalent, is preferred. • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
