Our goal is to reduce decision fatigue, build trust through real experiences, and turn going out into something more rewarding for everyone.We’re a fast-moving startup where strategy matters, execution matters more, and shipping consistently is non-negotiable.About The RoleWe’re hiring a senior Social Media Manager to co-own Franki’s social strategy with the Director of Marketing and fully own execution across channels. This role is equal parts strategy, creative direction, and hands-on making.You’ll be responsible for translating positioning and growth goals into content that actually ships: ideas, scripts, videos, campaigns, collaborations, posting, and iteration. Instagram and TikTok are the primary focus.This role is for someone who knows how to build a brand and drive growth, can operate independently, and thrives in fast, ambiguous environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Franki’s social strategy, including channel strategy, content pillars, and campaign planningFully own execution: content creation, publishing, campaigns, and ongoing optimizationCreate social-first content, especially short-form video (concepting, scripting, filming, editing)Lead social campaigns tied to product launches, rewards, seasonal moments, and local cultureCollaborate with creators and internal teams to produce high-quality, on-brand contentManage posting cadence and content calendar end to endOwn community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, outbound engagement)Track performance, identify what’s working, and iterate quickly based on data and trendsStay ahead of platform trends and move fast on timely opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For5–7 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or consumer appProven ability to grow and engage audiences on Instagram and TikTokStrong creative instincts and hands-on content production skillsExperience owning campaigns from idea through execution and analysisComfortable being on camera and directing others when neededHighly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple initiatives at onceClear communicator who can collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creatorsBased in Southern California (Los Angeles preferred)Why You’ll Love Working at FrankiCompetitive compensation and benefitsHigh ownership and real impact on a growing product and brandCreative freedom with clear goals and accountabilityA team focused on building something useful, not just loudSalary range: $120,000–$150,000Candidates should provide a portfolio or examples of social work as part of the initial screening process.The Pay Range For This Role Is120,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Los Angeles)
