This role partners directly with Operations to drive employee relations, workforce stability, and compliance.You’ll serve as the primary HR presence on the floor, helping leaders make sound decisions while reinforcing accountability, safety, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead employee relations and workplace investigationsCoach supervisors on performance management and documentationSupport onboarding, workforce planning, and retention effortsEnsure compliance with California labor laws and company policiesPartner with Operations on workforce issues and daily executionSupport training, development, and skills progression initiativesQualifications5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or similar environmentStrong employee relations and investigation experienceKnowledge of California labor laws and wage/hour complianceBilingual English/Spanish requiredExperience with ADP Workforce Now preferredWhy Join UsAt WePackItAll, safety is our top priority, and our people drive our success.
