Candidates must be open to working at any of the three primary locations: North (Everett area), Central (Renton and Seattle), South (Auburn). Please note that the South location operates on the 1st shift only. Shift times may be adjusted by approximately one hour.1st shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM2nd shift runs from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PMResponsibilities:Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practicesProvide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipmentParticipate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education providedWorking hours: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocolPreferred Skills:Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industryManage basic technology to deliver trainingPrior teaching or instructional experience is a plus but not requiredEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Ability to teach a variety of aerospace courses.
