In this hands-on role, you will work to put together required electronic products and provide to the necessary department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training is provided – perfect for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in electronics.\nPhysical Requirements\nExcellent attendance\nAbility to perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, legs, moving whole body such as lifting and carrying 40 lbs., walking, standing and handling materials\nSpeak, read, write and understand English well\nGood eye sight, able to distinguish between the full range of colors on the color spectrum to work with electronic components, wires and equipment.\nAbility to perform repetitive arm-hand tasks\nAbility to follow set procedures and routines\nAbility to complete complex tasks exactly, accurately and quickly\nAble to work standing for long periods of time\nAble to bend and reach to store components\nAble to work well with others\nEssential Job Functions\nOrganize & maintain department standards\nManage & record inventory in system\nEnsure, manage & verify physical inventory\nFollow location tracking procedures\nVerify, count and ensure part traceability of all materials in kits\nPull and issue parts and kits to correct departments\nTrack date coded material\nUse FIFO system proficiently\nFill shortages and verify & record changes\nPerform cycle counts\nFollow company and department safety and operating policies and procedures\nFollow ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements\nAssist Receiving Inspection department (possible job function)\nPrior experience in manufacturing environments involving electronics is preferred but not required\nNo experience necessary – we provide on the job training\nWhat we offer\nComprehensive paid training – no prior experience necessary\nClean, modern manufacturing facility\nStable full-time employment with opportunity for overtime\nRoom to grow into higher-skilled roles (SMT operator, quality inspector, etc.)\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
