Senior Product Manager, AI

Shape the future of AI-powered product experiences at the largest independent MDM vendor. As AI Product Manager, you’ll use AI as a force multiplier across the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and validation to prototyping and specification—while owning how AI is incorporated into the products you ship. This is not a role for someone who manages AI from a distance. It’s for a curious, hands-on PM who prototypes early, iterates quickly, and ensures every AI-powered experience we deliver is measurable, reliable, and safe. You don’t need to be an ML engineer—you need to compress time without cutting corners and elevate the quality of everything you touch. This is the role and main tasksYou will own the AI experience in your product areas and use AI to accelerate discovery, inform decisions, and tighten the product loop. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver AI features that simplify users’ workflows—not complicate them. More specifically, you will:Accelerate discovery and validation: Use AI to synthesize research, support tickets, market data, and competitive signals—turning weeks of manual work into hours of insightDraft PRDs, MRDs, user stories, and stakeholder-specific specs with AI assistancePrototype early and often: Validate ideas through working prototypes before specs are finalized using tools like Cursor, v0, or FigmaOwn AI experiences in your product: Define AI responses to user actions, write behavioral guardrails, and design protections for AI failure casesDesign and run evals: Define "what good looks like," create golden datasets, write pass/fail criteria, and monitor AI feature performance and driftDrive a tighter, faster product loop enabled by AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, and iteration without sacrificing rigor This is your TeamYou’ll join a global Product team passionate about innovation, speed to value, and customer impact, working closely with Engineering, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver powerful AI-driven capabilities.“This role is all about reinventing the way we build products using AI—not as a talking point, but as a real accelerator for creating exceptional user experiences,” says Benjamin Strumpf, VP of Product Management. Who we are looking forYou are a results-oriented product manager excited by AI—not as a buzzword, but as a working tool that accelerates everything you do.
