Classes should be well-structured to ensure comprehension and retention.Workshop Facilitation (4-6 Hours/Week)Organize and conduct weekly hands-on workshops to reinforce key skills, provide real-world practice, and deepen student learning outside of regular classes.Curriculum Development and ImprovementCollaborate with curriculum teams to refine course materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current industry standards.Student MentorshipOffer personalized guidance and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals through one-on-one interactions or group coaching.Assessment and FeedbackEvaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams. Manage classroom activities, student participation, and ensure students stay engaged.Stay Current with Industry TrendsContinuously update your knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the content delivered to students remains relevant and impactful.Office HoursBe available for regular office hours to address student questions, provide additional support, and clarify course-related concerns.Qualifications:- Proven Experience as a Professional Coder or Software Developer (Required): We seek individuals with hands-on experience in coding and software development. This practical experience is crucial in providing students with real-world insights, best practices, and the ability to navigate the challenges of the industry.Relevant Industry ExperienceA minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field (e.g., UX/UI Design, Software Engineering, QA, Data Science). Real-world expertise is critical for delivering practical, applicable instruction.Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field (Required)A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field is essential to provide foundational knowledge in the subject matter.Teaching or Training Experience (Preferred)Previous teaching, training, or mentorship experience is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to explain complex concepts and guide learners effectively.Strong Communication and Presentation SkillsAbility to clearly explain technical concepts in an engaging and understandable manner.
