This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nSet up, calibrate, and operate flexo printing presses with precision, ensuring optimal print quality and color consistency.\nMonitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.\nConduct prepress checks, including color management and layout verification, to ensure print files are correctly prepared for production.\nPerform routine maintenance on machinery, including CNC-controlled components and machining tools, to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.\nImplement quality control procedures by inspecting printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.\nManage inventory of printing supplies such as inks, plates, and substrates; coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.\nMaintain detailed production logs, safety records, and documentation related to machine operation and quality assurance.\nExperience\nProven experience operating flexo presses or similar printing machinery in a manufacturing or print shop environment.\nStrong knowledge of screen printing techniques, prepress processes, and color management principles.\nFamiliarity with graphic design fundamentals, typography, layout design, and print advertising standards.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file preparation and troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with CNC machining or machining tools used in press setup or maintenance is a plus.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.\nValid forklift certification is advantageous for handling raw materials and finished products safely.
