You will drive execution across the full project lifecycle, maintaining accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will orchestrate cross-functional engineering and operational teams in a matrixed environment, guiding the resolution of complex technical issues to accelerate project completion. You will coordinates directly with client customers and client stakeholders to ensure seamless mission success and complete customer satisfaction. You will manages or directs resources required to perform assigned project or task(s). This is a project manager role where you will own and drive the execution of an assigned portfolio of IT projects.\n\n Responsibilities\n\nDirect the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.\nDrive technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.\nManage scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.\nProactively mitigate risks, identify technical bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.\nServe as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to intelligence customer stakeholders.\nHost high-level technical exchange meetings (TEMs), participate in program management reviews, and customer briefings.\nAnticipate evolving customer requirements to help spearhead program growth.\nMitigate risks and potential roadblocks to the project.\nInteract with vendors, other agencies, subcontractors, and other client staff on behalf of the client.\nCoordinate development of deliverables and products.\nEnsure quality assurance of project deliverables.\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant technology.\nParticipate in special projects as required.\nReview future project requirements and develop strategies for future work.\nQualifications:\n\nClearance Required: Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility) and eligibility to obtain CI Poly\n\nCertification: PMP Certification preferred\n\nEducation/Experience:\n\n5 years’ project management experience in a government/IT environment\n\nWhat is ideal?\n\nBA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\nRecognizing great achievements do not go unnoticed by bcore through service anniversaries, spot awards, and employee referral bonuses\nYou’ll join a growing organization of passionate, top-shelf, IT engineering professionals with extensive experience in actively developing the technology revolution in the Intelligence community\nThe expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $122,000-$147,000.
