The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, along with a solid understanding of plumbing and refrigeration systems. Required Qualifications: Valid Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master License Minimum 7+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in commercial environments Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system maintenance Ability to manage and oversee mechanical operations In-depth understanding of state and local mechanical codes Key Responsibilities: xywuqvp Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and related mechanical systems Diagnose issues across HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems Ensure all work complies with applicable state and local codes Oversee and support day-to-day mechanical operations Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency
