This role works closely with business and technical teams to identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.ResponsibilitiesGather and document business and system requirements.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.Create process maps, workflows, and business documentation.Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business initiatives.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions.Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.Develop training materials and operational documentation.Participate in continuous process improvement efforts.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement.Ability to analyze business and operational data and provide recommendations.Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.Experience supporting testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred SkillsMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MiroProcess mapping and requirements management toolsReporting and analytics platformsAI-enabled productivity and documentation toolsIdeal BackgroundExperience in one or more of the following industries:Financial ServicesInsuranceMortgage & LendingReal Estate TechnologyEnterprise OperationsRegulated IndustriesWhat Will Help You Stand OutExperience leading requirements discussions with business and technical teams.Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.Experience supporting business transformation or process modernization projects.Ability to solve complex business problems and drive stakeholder alignment.If you enjoy improving business processes, analyzing data, and working with technology teams to deliver business solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
