Nonlocal candidates who are willing to relocate at their own expense will be considered, but please remember this is a temporary assignment. Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Job Description: Scope of Position/ Responsibilities: Responsible for providing hands-on support for identifying and implementing process improvements, variability reduction, defect reduction, process control, throughput improvements and 6-Sigma initiatives. Collect key process data and support the execution of experiments at the direction of the plant process engineers. Analyze data sets to identify relationships/capabilities for line performance Support the development of standard work documentation to include SOPs, SOS, Job Aids and Training Documentation. Supports problem-solving in manufacturing, including root cause identification and resolution. Ensures safe work practices. Required Skills/ Experiences: Experienced WITH and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment providing hands-on technical support. Willingness to work shifts Technical curiosity with the ability to learn quickly Capable of multitasking Must be a self-starter, able to work in team environment. Strong data analysis, interpretation, visualization, and problem-solving skills Additional Skills to have, but not required: Skills and experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DoE) methods. Demonstrated technical expertise in process improvement Soft Skills: Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills.
