Production Designer

LV Collective is looking for a Production Designer to join our Brand Marketing team and help execute the creative vision behind our student housing, multifamily, hospitality, and corporate brands.This role is perfect for a designer who can jump between big ideas and the tiniest details—equally comfortable concepting as they are perfecting. From dreaming up and producing branded merch to supporting campaigns, you'll collaborate across teams and with outside vendors to bring ideas to life across digital, print, and physical touchpoints. On the flip side, you love the process just as much—prepping final files, reviewing proofs, sourcing vendors, and keeping timelines (and budgets) in check. The result? Job ResponsibilitiesBranding & DesignDevelop and produce go-to-market materials, including web and social assets, physical collateral, and launch kits, to position new properties and hospitality ventures for successSpearhead environmental signage design, planning and coordination to ensure brand storytelling extends into lived spaces. Follow and enforce brand guidelines across all creative deliverables, ensuring consistency in both in-house and third-party-produced collateralPartner with on-site teams to create leasing, marketing, and operational collateral tailored to each property's needsDesign polished, high-impact business development decks, including offering memorandums and brand overviews, to support the investments, development, and marketing teamsReview and provide quality control feedback on designs and copy, ensuring brand integrity, creative excellence and correct grammarMerchandise & ProductionConcept, design, source, and produce merchandise for student housing and multifamily brands, influencer campaigns, corporate initiatives, and hospitality conceptsContinuously research trends to keep merch offerings fresh and innovative, aligned with both brand identity and market demands, always staying a step ahead of the competitionOversee the production of all marketing and branded materials, including print collateral, signage, and packaging, ensuring top-tier quality control and flawless execution across mediumsManage vendor relationships, timelines, proofs, and production processes from start to finish for all collateral needsOwn and manage production budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and brand standardsSupport ongoing production needs such as business cards, operational signage, offering memorandums, and internal collateral, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpointBrand ActivationCollaborate with media production and marketing teams to bring brands to life through lifestyle, property, and event photo and video shoots. Concept and execute in-person brand activations, transforming brand vision into immersive, on-the-ground experiences that engage audiences and build brand equity. Support experiential marketing efforts, ensuring that activations resonate with target audiences and create memorable, shareable momentsGeneral DutiesAssist with other duties and special projects as assigned Flexibility to work late or on weekends as needed is required Some travel may be required RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field2-5 years of hands-on design and production experience (print, signage, or physical environments required)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proven experience preparing production-ready files (print, large format, fabrication) with a strong understanding of specs, materials, and finishesDirect experience working with printers, fabricators, and vendors—managing quotes, proofs, revisions, and timelines end-to-end Experience with environmental graphics or signage systems strongly preferredStrong sense of organization, file management, and attention to production accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Wix Studio, Figma, or similar web design toolsPortfolio must include examples of print, signage, or physical production work (not just digital or branding concepts)Personal Qualities Excited to explore and embrace AI tools to enhance creativity, improve workflows, and push design boundariesSkilled multitasker with strong time management and attention to detailComfortable receiving feedback and collaborating in a team-oriented environmentAble to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ask for direction when neededPrefers working in a fast-paced environments and can quickly pivot with shifting prioritiesA keen eye for brand storytelling and hospitality-inspired designEnjoys balancing creative concepting with hands-on production workBonus points for...
