This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex networking challenges while balancing project delivery, operational support, and continuous infrastructure improvement.What You'll DoDesign, deploy, configure, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environmentsPerform Layer 1–3 troubleshooting and optimize network performance, availability, reliability, and securityLead network upgrades, segmentation initiatives, and technology refresh projectsStage, install, and support network hardware, including rack-and-stack activities, structured cabling, UPS systems, and asset inventory managementCollaborate with internal teams, telecommunications providers, and technology vendors to resolve issues and successfully deliver projectsDevelop technical documentation, standards, and best practices while contributing to a collaborative engineering cultureWhat We're Looking ForExperience with:Meraki SD-WANCisco Routing & SwitchingAruba Routing, Switching & WirelessEnterprise LAN/WAN technologiesTCP/IP, OSPF, and BGPWireless networking and network segmentationStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while working independently with a high degree of ownershipExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting large-scale enterprise environments and mentoring team members is a plusEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience4+ years of relevant networking experience preferredIndustry certifications are a plusImportant: Our Healthcare Client does not provide employment sponsorship for this position.
