Apply today!About The RoleThe Maintenance Supervisor leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of maintenance mechanics who repair, maintain, and install machines, tools, and industrial processing equipment. This role ensures safe work practices, develops procedures to maximize efficiency, negotiates vendor contracts, reviews equipment specifications, determines outsourced repairs, and provides monthly analysis of maintenance spend. Flexibility is required to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and on-call duties.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and supervise maintenance systems and processes (Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOPs, Safety, etc.)Lead a team of Maintenance Mechanics in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repairSchedule maintenance in coordination with Production, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance on trucks and heavy equipmentMaintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventoryProvide regular status reports to operations managementTrain employees on proper work methods and safety proceduresManage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment; maintain accurate asset listingsReview vendor invoices for compliance with quoted costsProvide long-term solutions and daily support for troubleshooting and equipment failuresDevelop and maintain KPIs for maintenance performance (supplier performance, equipment reliability, budget adherence, etc.)RequirementsHigh School Diploma / GED preferredAbility to travel up to 10%Must be 21 years or older (due to interstate travel and federal regulations)3–4 years of management experienceMinimum 2 years of commercial driving experienceCDL Class A with Tanker endorsementsHazMat endorsement preferredClean driving recordHands-on experience with waste operations and equipment (track hoe, skid steer, forklift, vac truck, tanker trucks, roll-off trucks, pressure washer, shredders, etc.) preferredSafety-conscious, reliable, strong work ethicWillingness to work any shift and frequent overtimeComputer literacy and strong math skillsCertifications40 Hr HAZWOPERAbility to pass the Respirator Fit TestWhat We Offer YouIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $76,000.00 - $101,100.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
