If this is you, we’d love to talk.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.\n\nSupport achievement of key metrics, including quality, safety, productivity, cost and employee development, through process change and improvement.\n\nApply process improvement tools including statistical process control, process mapping, control charts, design of experiments, Lean manufacturing waste elimination studies, process capability studies, development and implementation of control plans and FMEAs.\n\nDefine and develop process opportunities to reduce costs and to maximize productivity.\n\nCreate link between operational requirements and material supplier capabilities.\n\nSupport all facets of Operations with emphasis on improving productivity through higher efficiencies, reduced scrap, and optimized labor.\n\nDefine key critical parameters and develop plans to control and improve.\n\nProvide data-based recommendations to both management and cross-functional teams.\n\nWork cross-departmentally to achieve results in a team environment.\n\nSupport day-to-day activities in manufacturing operations while working longer term projects.\n\nContributes to AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance) and FI (Focused Improvement) pillars by providing technical expertise, helping to drive improvements in equipment performance and process reliability.\n\nWho You Are\n\nBachelor's degree in related engineering field preferred.\n\nOne or more years' experience in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
