This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and serves as a floor-based leader driving productivity, accuracy, safety, and team performance leading their shift. The Warehouse Lead sets the standard for operational excellence by leading by example, troubleshooting on the floor, and ensuring consistent execution of warehouse processes.What You Will DoTeam Leadership & ExecutionLead daily shift assignments and support workflow across receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping functionsTrain, mentor, and coach Warehouse Associates to uphold accuracy, safety, and productivity standardsMonitor team performance against throughput and quality metricsPromote a safety-first culture and model company policies and OSHA compliancePartner with the other cross-functional leaders in achieving production goals for the shiftStep in alongside the team to perform hands-on operational work as neededInventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory across storage and staging areas, ensuring stages are consistently stocked so Creative Associates can shoot without interruptionTrack product movement from storage to stage, resolving discrepancies and escalating exceptions as neededMonitor replenishment needs and coordinate restocking to prevent gaps in production flowInbound Processing & Outbound CoordinationOversee the receipt of incoming products, ensuring all items are accurately verified and labeled for proper tracking within the production systemStage products on designated carts for immediate capture or organize and store items in outbound holding areas until a capture request is initiatedSupervise and coordinate outbound exit pick activities, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring all scheduled departures are completed accurately and on timeMinimum Requirements1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Servant leadership mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced, shift-based environmentClear communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate across teamsExperience with WMS, ERP systems, or handheld RF scannersStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracyDependable attendance and high level of accountabilityForklift certification preferred; Forklift certification required within the first 90 days of employmentAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularlyAbility to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noiseWhy Join Us?Be part of something groundbreaking.
