Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues both on prem and in the cloud.\nResolve escalated technical problems that Tier I and Tier II support teams are unable to solve.\nAdminister, configure, and maintain complex systems, including servers, networks, and databases.\nPerform in-depth diagnostics and analysis to identify root causes of issues across systems and applications.\nManage and maintain virtualized environments, including VMware or Hyper-V platforms.\nImplement and manage security measures to comply with DoD/IC policies and regulations.\nInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware for critical infrastructure.\nDevelop and implement automation tools to streamline system administration tasks.\nPerform regular system performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.\nOversee and support system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.\nCoordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to minimize downtime and risk.\nCollaborate with network engineers, developers, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.\nMaintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.\nMentor and provide guidance to Tier I and Tier II staff on complex technical issues.\nImplement and manage system monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.\nAssist with evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements for all systems.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.\nEight (8+) years of management experience (site lead only)\nSeven (7+) years systems engineering experience.\nFour (4+) years of experience supporting and sustaining DoD cyberspace programs.\nCloud certified.\nDoD 8570 / 8140 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required.\nPreferred: 10+ years of experience supporting cyberspace capability development.\nPreferred: 5+ years of experience with Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) adversary detection, intrusion forensics, and network recovery hardware / software.\nPreferred: Subject matter expert with DoD cyber protection team tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)\nPreferred: Active CISSP\nPreferred: Master’s degree in information systems management or related field.\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level with Counter Intelligence Polygraph.
