Establish strong and trusted relationships both internally and externally.Lead the integration of creative and media strategies into the development of an overarching client strategy. Model proactive and innovative thinking in the development of client strategies.Oversee strategy and project execution, coordinating with creative directors, freelance talent and production teams.Lead the development of client-facing strategy, media and creative presentations, building strong cases and compelling arguments using data, research, creativity and industry trends. Collaboratively or independently present information to clients.Generate project briefs to ensure all stakeholders understand project requirements, goals, budgets and schedules. Lead internal kickoff and meetings to ensure agency partners have the information they need to be successful.Partner with agency operations in the successful implementation of project management tools and software to ensure workloads can be forecasted, tracked and measured over time. Actively contribute to the agency operations team to identify best practices.Independently manage the day-to-day progress of client projects within the agency, ensuring the work is on schedule, on budget and in support of the overall client strategy. Maintain status reports as needed. Proactively address risk of budget overages and resolve conflicts if they arise.Working with the web team, coordinating the content, design and implementation of complex websites. Work with agency leadership and operations to forecast upcoming workloads. Understand how capacity and billable hours impact the profitability of the agency.Oversee the coordination for all pre- and post-production of photography and videography shoots. This includes assisting the creative team in talent selection and negotiation, location scouting, script approvals, call sheets and production budget management.Play a role in new business development proposals and pitches, both written and verbal.
