The associate will focus on lead generation, engaging with potential clients, promoting medical billing services, and creating marketing strategies to expand the client base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, initiating sales processes, and maintaining strong professional relationships.QualificationsKnowledge of Medical Terminology, ICD-10 coding, and insurance processes.Understanding of Denials management and Medicare billing processes.Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.Ability to analyze client needs and create effective marketing strategies.Experience in medical or healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
