This role is responsible for transforming how work gets done by enabling AI adoption across the organization. The position blends training, consulting, and solution development to increase AI literacy, embed AI into daily workflows, and build scalable AI-driven automations (agents).What You Will Focus On -AI Literacy & Skill DevelopmentDesign and deliver training programs that build foundational and advanced AI literacyCoach members on how to effectively use AI tools (e.g., prompting, use cases, limitations)Create role-based learning pathways (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations)Workflow Integration & Productivity EnablementPartner with teams to identify opportunities to embed AI into daily workRedesign workflows to incorporate AI tools for efficiency and qualityAct as a consultant to business units on “how AI can help”AI Agent & Automation DevelopmentDesign and deploy AI agents to automate repeatable workflowsBuild reusable solutions that can scale across teamsCollaborate with technical teams when needed, but operate as a business-facing builderChange Management & AdoptionSupport adoption strategies for AI tools and solutions in partnership with the AI teamAddress resistance and build confidence in AI usage through targeted enablement and coachingPartner with the AI team to monitor engagement and usage metricsAct as a consultative resource to diagnose and address gaps when adoption or performance targets are not metGovernance & Best PracticesReinforce guidelines for responsible AI useEnsure compliance with organizational and legal standardsCurate best practices and success storiesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related field required3+ years of experience in a related field requiredStrong understanding and knowledge of generative AI tools and use cases (CoPilot, Claude)Ability to communicate AI concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging way for diverse audiencesRole LevelingTrainer: Minimum 1 year of related experience; training or AI related exposure preferred.Senior Trainer: Minimum 3 years of progressive training and content development experience preferred.HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI) is a manufacturer of workplace furnishings and building products, operating under two segments.
