We move fast and rely on people who can take ownership and make systems better instead of working around chaos.About the role We are now looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will take charge of developing and leading our Business Analysis function. This is a hybrid role that combines people management with hands-on delivery.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, knows how to bring clarity into complex environments, and wants to shape a BA practice rather than simply follow existing frameworks.Responsibilities Team & Process Leadership Allocate BAs across projects based on skills and workloadLead hiring, onboarding and development of the BA teamMaintain and improve BA standards, templates and processesIdentify gaps in processes and drive continuous improvementHands-on Business Analysis Participate in discovery, requirements gathering and solution designConduct workshops with clients and internal teamsPrepare functional specifications, workflows and acceptance criteriaClarify requirements with PM, Dev and QA throughout deliveryRequirements Strong background as a Business Analyst in software implementation projectsExperience working in ERP/CRM domainsPractical experience running discovery workshops and formalising requirementsAbility to create functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteriaExperience in resource planning or people-managementStrong analytical thinking, structured communication and stakeholder managementAbility to balance hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilitiesFluency in English; Russian or Polish is a strong advantageOptionally, but advantageous Experience building BA playbooks, templates or standardised methodologiesBackground in leading small BA teams or mentoring juniorsExperience with OdooReal impact on delivery processesYou will shape how the entire BA function works, define standards and influence the success of every implementation project.
