Job Title: Production SupervisorPosition Number: To be completed by HRLocation/Worksite: NMRLC Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VATravel: As requiredStatus: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract AwardClearance: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain Government background investigation and CACDate Added: April 9, 2026Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor manages material production and kitting operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of production requirements in support of mission objectives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide management and oversight of material production and kitting operations.Supervise production personnel and assign work to meet schedules and quality standards.Oversee daily production activities including receiving, material pull, kitting, labeling, and warehousing support.Apply warehousing storage management plans to optimize production flow and staging.Ensure compliance with production methods, procedures, and safety standards.Coordinate sustainment and preservation activities for kitted material.Identify and resolve production discrepancies in coordination with inventory and logistics teams.Use warehouse management systems to track production and workflow performance.Prepare reports and production documentation using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.Coordinate with Government representatives to ensure production priorities are met.Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, NMRLC, and safety requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing production operations and supervising personnel.Specialized Experience: Experience supervising production teams and managing kitting operations.Certifications: Valid U.S. driver's license.Preferred QualificationsNone specified.
