Flag back when ground-truth is needed rather than guessing.\r\nOperate and contribute to our internal AI-assisted development workflow. The legacy book is real and remains a meaningful part of the role for the foreseeable future.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\n3 to 5 years of professional frontend development experience.\r\nStrong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals and modern React patterns.\r\nHands-on WordPress competence: themes, plugins, custom blocks, and basic PHP comfort.\r\nDemonstrated experience building with modern frontend frameworks: Astro, Next.js, SvelteKit, Tailwind, or similar. Objective background in these tools is preferred over theoretical familiarity.\r\nExperience engineering and developing with agentic AI tools: ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or equivalent. A real story about where these tools helped, where they fell short, and what you learned is more valuable to us than a certification.\r\nExperience with Figma for design handoff and collaboration, including Figma AI and Claude Design, is preferred.\r\nA strong eye for UX.
