As part of our leadership team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing team members, and delivering the high-quality service Chick-fil-A is known for. Position: Restaurant Leadership (Shift Leader/Management Roles) Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential Ensure a positive, productive, and safe work environment Oversee daily operations, including food safety, service, and quality standards Manage shift responsibilities such as labor, inventory, and guest satisfaction Model Chick-fil-A's values of hospitality, excellence, and care in all interactions What We're Looking For: Prior leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or related industries Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to motivate and inspire others A servant-leadership mindset and commitment to excellence Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) 12 years of leadership experience (restaurant/retail preferred) Strong customer service background Excellent communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and drive for results Ability to coach and manage team performance Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Reliable transportation required Previous roles such as Shift Lead, Supervisor, or Manager a plus Why Work With Us: Competitive payup to $25 per hour based on experience Sundays off Growth and advancement opportunities Positive, team-focused work environment Meals provided during shifts If you are a driven, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
