The selected candidate will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The selected candidate will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver our organization’s desired outcome to support our clients.Job Duties/Responsibilities (List not all inclusive):Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and performance Serve as client escalation focal point Monitor projects and oversee staff to ensure deliverables are met Implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing changeMeet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsEvaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknessesFormulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projectsApply change, risk and resource management to ensure program successPrepare monthly and annual reports for clients Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization and our clientsLead, evaluate, and support project managers and other identified staffAssess program performance and develop strategies to maximize ROIDevise and recommend sustainable goals for the organizationCommunicate team expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing team member’s contributionsEnhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsQualifications:Proven experience as a Program or Multi Projects Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) of project/program management techniques and methodsExcellent conflict resolution skillsExcellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principlesHighly proficient in using MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)Proven ability to create, utilize, and manage various project management systems/tools (i.e., Basecamp, MS Project, etc.)Outstanding leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent problem-solving skillsProven experience in performance and profitability identification and managementAbility to schedule and manage tasks effectivelyAbility to assess and mitigate riskCost control and budgeting skillsAbility to identify and facilitate training sessionsAbility to organize and multitask skillsMust possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required US citizenship is mandatoryEducation / Experience:Bachelor’s Degree required; master's preferred (from an accredited college or university)Minimum 8 years proven Project management experienceMinimum 3-5 years’ management experienceDoD related experience preferred (may include military, civil service, or defense contracting)Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification(s)Infinite Management Solutions, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a 100% woman-owned company.
