analyzing requests, modifying code, testing changes, and implementing updates.\r\nReview custom applications for compatibility with network systems and related programs.\r\nPrepare project plans, schedule tasks, and delegate responsibilities as needed.\r\nConduct code reviews, assist with system implementations, and lead testing efforts.\r\nProvide guidance to junior team members in preparing and executing project plans.\r\nEnsure timely and efficient project execution in alignment with set timelines.\r\nDocumentation & Communication Develop clear, complete, and concise documentation for programs, systems, and technical procedures.\r\nProvide regular project status updates to management.\r\nCommunicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.\r\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and business users.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in technical design and application development.\r\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular framework development, testing, and deployment.\r\nExperience with SQL Server development and database management.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.\r\nAbility to lead meetings, coordinate project outcomes, and collaborate effectively across teams.\r\nKnowledge of application architecture principles and troubleshooting techniques.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle database
