Maintenance Manager

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer seeking a proven Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability, and drive operational performance within a complex manufacturing environment.Position SummaryHigh-impact plant leadership role with the ability to modernize maintenance systems and processes. This leader will oversee all maintenance functions including mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities while ensuring maximum uptime, safety compliance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all plant maintenance operations and maintenance team performanceDevelop and enhance preventive/predictive maintenance programsImprove equipment reliability through root cause analysis and asset managementOversee planning, scheduling, CMMS systems, and maintenance KPIsManage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor performanceEnsure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiativesCoach and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and techniciansPartner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Finance leadershipIdeal CandidateBachelor’s degree in Engineering OR related technical field preferred5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial operationsStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plant systemsCMMS experience (SAP preferred)Proven success improving uptime, reliability, and maintenance processesStructured, hands-on, and highly accountable leader
