Driven by innovation, purpose, and a commitment to improving lives, we are expanding our portfolio of solutions to serve even more patients, healthcare providers, and communities around the world.\n\nTroubleshoot and correct problems with equipment, processes, and components.\nMonitor and maintain equipment safety devices.\nMonitor and maintain proper component quality standards.\nCoordinate and monitor proper start up and shut down of the molding processes in the area.\nCoordinate and monitor the maintenance of system filters and Conair system.\nPerform pull/sets of mold tools.\nSet up and maintain granulators, conveyors, separators, mold temp control units, water temp control units, resin dryers and scales for assigned machines.\nPerform required inspections, mold approvals, rejections, setup of gauges and leak testing.\nResponsible for accurate and timely production reporting.\nAssist with repairs when needed.\nPerform and ensure completion of all PMs.\nEnsure all inspections are completed in a timely manner.\nAssist with continuous improvement projects.\nEnsure supportive communication between shifts.\nEnsure proper clean up and disposal of wastewater and waste oil.\nAssist in training new personnel as requested.\nMaintain regular, punctual attendance.\n\nEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION\n\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\n1+ year experience in molding.\nundefined\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n\n· Must be able to read, write and speak English.\n\n· Basic computer keyboard and navigational skills including Microsoft Office.\n\n· General knowledge of molding machines, resins and processes preferred.\n\n· Good understanding of mold design and operation preferred.\n\n· Thorough knowledge of molded parts, quality specifications and inspection procedures preferred.\n\n· PCP Level = 3\n\nembecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
