{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"849da544d2ca059c70bb6c81","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/849da544d2ca059c70bb6c81","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/849da544d2ca059c70bb6c81","title":"Litigation Support Analyst(eDiscovery ,RelativityOne )","description":"JOB DESCRIPTION\nProvide litigation technology support to clients, including but not limited to: RelativityOne database management, data manipulation and conversion, electronic discovery and processing, imaging, and electronic document productions.\nPRIMARY TASKS\nWork within the Litigation Support division to assess and support technology needs throughout all stages of the litigation process.\nSuccessfully complete any and all of the following tasks within RelativityOne during the proposed shift:\nProcess data using RelativityOne Processing.\nCorrect any job/document errors related to RelativityOne Processing when required.\nCreate/edit dtsearch indexes.\nCreate/edit structured and conceptual analytics indexes.\nCreate/edit search term reports.\nCreate/edit persistent highlighting sets.\nCreate/edit fields, choices, layouts, and views.\nCreate/edit new clients, matters, groups, users and workspaces.\nCreate/edit user permissions when required.\nCreate/edit image sets and profiles.\nCreate productions within RelativityOne using a placeholder workflow for non- imaged files.\nCreate/edit OCR sets and profiles.\nLoad opposing and third-party productions to RelativityOne using the RDC.\nExport documents from RelativityOne and/or the RDC.\nManage RelativityOne workspaces and verify data integrity by following internal QC workflows and procedures.\nUse Agility Blue to create new projects, track active projects, update project status, maintain accurate records of data received/stored, and bill projects.\nUse ShareFile to request or distribute client data securely.\nCommunicate, correspond and interact with clients and outside entities, such as government agencies, corporations, and other law firms.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED\nBachelors degree and two to five years of litigation support experience preferred.\nExtensive experience with Relativity/RelativityOne required. Relativity Certified Administrator certification a plus, but not required.\nA general understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, and network organization required.\nA working knowledge of the litigation process and a strong understanding of the use of technology to support litigation efforts with an emphasis on discovery, electronic document productions, electronic document management, and coding and scanning procedures.\nStrong customer service, organization, project management, documentation, and written and verbal communication skills required.\nESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including attorneys, legal assistants and technical support personnel.\nAbility to be a proactive, self-starter, who understands the details within a much larger context.\nMust be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks; ability to anticipate when help will be needed from others in the department.\nMust be team-oriented and able to share information, goals and opportunities.\nAbility to plan, organize, prioritize, and carry out multiple related activities.\nAbility to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment.\nMust pay attention to details and have the ability to follow up and follow through.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nIncumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
